We’re Hiring a Fundraising Executive.

We are very excited to announce that our team is growing here at Dress for Success Dublin. We are hiring a Fundraising Executive – an excellent communicator who is passionate about our purpose and has the ability to raise funds by telling our story in an impactful way.

About us: Dress for Success Dublin, has been at the forefront of advocating for change and transformation for gender equality at work, equal pay and driving solutions forward to affect policy changes that better support women at work.

We have been helping women with confidence, connections, and skills to empower their progress for more than a decade, and are now heading into a new era. As part of this, our vision is for an even greater impact over the coming years, the organisation is seeking new key corporate partnerships.  These partners will help to drive the diversity and inclusion agenda, power our programmes on the ground for women who may find it hard to secure economic independence for a variety of reasons, and support the advocacy for greater change in the workplace.

About the Role:  We are recruiting a Fundraising Executive to raise greater awareness of our brand and impact, and substantially increase our corporate and individual supporter base. A key objective for this role is to further grow sustainable sources of income for our charity, through ongoing corporate partnerships and fundraising activities, and longer-term strategic planning and income diversification.

To succeed in this role, the post holder must have extensive previous experience in the management of external stakeholders, particularly corporate partnerships, and a proven ability to work on their own initiative.

They will be someone who can think strategically and act tactically to get results and have excellent verbal, written and digital communication know-how. Additionally, the post holder will be self-motivated and passionate about the charity’s purpose and have the ability to raise funds by telling our story in an impactful way.
