We provide professional styling, mentoring, workshops and career consulting services free of charge to support women to (re)enter the workforce.
Scroll down for more details on our services and information on how to book an appointment. You are welcome to request more than one service.
Please note that government restrictions to limit the spread of Covid-19 have made it necessary for us to make some changes to how we deliver our service to ensure the safety of our clients, users, staff and partners.
At WorkEqual our mission is to promote the economic independence of women and build an Ireland where everyone’s skills and potential are recognised by a society that champions workplace equality and remuneration. We provide supports and career development services to women seeking to (re)enter the workforce.
We improve their confidence inside and out through career consulting, mentoring and professional styling. We campaign at all levels of society for full gender equality in the workplace, including through our annual International Women’s Day flagship events and celebrations, as well as our annual November awareness campaign.
WorkEqual partners and collaborates with a wide range of corporate, public sector and non-profit organisations. Some of our partners and regular collaborators include LinkedIn, Indeed.com, Oracle and Bobbi Brown, Volunteer Ireland, The Northside Partnership and Grow Remote.
Through these partnerships we meet wonderful volunteers and colleagues who, with the support of their company or business, help create better opportunities for economic participation of women. These collaborations can range from one-off opportunities to support women in their job-searching to ongoing collaborations in delivering workshops and mentoring. We also welcome opportunities for corporate partners to work with us on our International Women’s Day Campaign and our WorkEqual Campaign.
We would love to hear from you and discuss how we can work together.
