With International Women’s Day landing on this past 8th March, our projects are allowing us to be busier than ever this month. We have 26 companies who have confirmed an initiative with us, ranging from town hall talks, styling workshops, empowerment and career progression, webinars, fireside chats, volunteering kick offs, interview clothing collections and even a photo shoot.
WorkEqual’s original focus was on supporting women but since rebranding, we now assist anyone that feels in need of help to be able to succeed. However, 85% of our clientele are women. One of goals as a company is to help workers close the gender pay gap. By helping people, especially women, feel more confident, we can work towards this goal and help people make a difference in their workplace.
Thank you to everyone who has made contact so far, including IBM, CACEIS, Expleo Group, Coupa Software, National Transport Authority, Adobe, The Club, Giggles & Smiles and Primark, to name a few.
We are also collaborating with numerous companies for clothing drives! This includes AbbVie, BHSM, Fingal County Council, Arthur Cox, Bank of Ireland, Verizon, Phillip Lee, Cabot Financial, Veolia, Salesforce and College Green Hotel. This month of March is going to be fun and full of collaborative work as we #EmpowerProgress.
