Join us at The Galmont Hotel & Spa – Wednesday 24th September 2025 from 9.30am – 2pm.
Whether you’re taking your first step towards re-joining the workforce or need a little guidance to make the leap, this event is the perfect opportunity to make a start.
“It felt like a safe space to be honest and open; everyone was in a similar situation. All the volunteers were helpful and put me at ease. It felt like a girly day out (but without the cocktails). It didn’t feel like I was alone in my journey. I feel excited about my future career opportunities and I’m leaving with a newfound confidence.”
WorkEqual is holding a FREE, interactive employment support event in Galway designed to support 50 women aiming to enter or return to the workforce.
What to Expect:
As our guest you will have the opportunity to:
- Hear informative speakers talk about building your confidence to help you ease back into the workplace.
- Receive 1:1 CV and interview preparation advice.
- Participate in a styling workshop with tips on styling and dressing for interviews.
The event promises to be a warm and welcoming environment, ensuring that all participants feel supported throughout the day. For ongoing support, attendees will be invited to access WorkEqual’s free coaching, mentoring, and styling services after the event.
Together with our superb network of professionals who volunteer to share the advice about entering the workforce, this session is kindly supported by Penneys, Primark, Community Foundation Ireland, State Street Foundation, and Intreo
