Equal Remote Access – an exciting 10-week programme, is kicking off during the first week of April.  Its aim is to help people overcome individual barriers and become ready for remote or hybrid working. This free course is aimed at unlocking the potential for a more inclusive and fulfilling work experience. 

Programme participation is specifically for people who wish to join the workforce and who identify as having a disability, an ongoing illness, chronic pain, who have experienced mental health challenges, or who are neurodivergent. 

This free 10-week programme designed by WorkEqual, in association with Grow Remote, is delivered through a combination of virtual and in-person workshops.  These focus on several aspects along the path to employment including: 

Job hunting & online tools  

Communications & Networking  

Rights and Supports 

Remote Working Skills  

Mindset, Wellbeing & Self Care 
Transferable Skills 

Remote Companies and Culture  

Personal Strength and Brand  

Interview Skills  

Dare to Dream & Goal Setting 

One to one advice will also be available on CV writing and through ongoing mentoring.  In addition, all participants have the option to avail of our personalised styling service where they can be guided on dressing for interviews. 

There is no cost to participate in this programme or to avail of any WorkEqual / Grow Remote services.
