Aideen Cardiff has been appointed Chairperson of the board of trustees and Su Duff has joined as Chief Executive Officer.

Aideen Cardiff was previously the Executive sponsor and lead for Diversity & Inclusion in Microsoft Ireland and continues to be an active advocate for diversity, equity and equality in the workplace.

Su Duff is a director with extensive experience in marketing, research, new business and project operations. She holds a diploma in mentoring from National College of Ireland, in leadership from Irish Management Institute, and a degree in Commerce. Su will use her strategic leadership to expand the reach of WorkEqual’s services beyond Dublin. By growing a business community focused on workplace equity and closing the gender pay gap while aligned to international best practice, Su will work to further WorkEqual as a knowledge partner and influencer.
