At WorkEqual our daily work is all about helping individuals (re)enter the workforce across a variety of sectors. Now, with a new expansion of Workqual’s network in Cork, the number of people who can access our free services will widen.

WorkEqual is actively building our network of volunteers and sponsors for Cork and is currently partnered with organisations such as Intreo and Primark to help the Cork community.

We’d love others to become involved too, as further connections with skilled professionals, corporate partnerships and referral agencies will allow WorkEqual to mentor and build the confidence of more people during their return to work.  Please email info@WorkEqual.ie for more information.

In building our second Cork City event for 2024, WorkEqual is hosting an interactive career workshop which will take place in late September. As well as hearing practical talks to aid their journey, event attendees can participate in a 1:1 meeting about confidence building and resume advice. For continuity thereafter, an optional series of regular online meetings with our career centre team can be arranged, and these services will always be provided for free. For those interested in suiting for interview, free styling services will be available on the day of the event as well.

Since Workequal was founded in 2011, our organisation has been dedicated to empowering progress in the workforce across Ireland. On average we help 500 people a year into employment. By association our services are of assistance to businesses as 8 in 10 of our clients are successful at job interviews within 6 months using our help.
